1. Our Role
Techiiix provides a digital "bridge" service. We facilitate the
transmission of data from client-owned websites to third-party platforms
like the WhatsApp Business API and Google Sheets.

behalf of our clients.

Data Fiduciaries: Our clients are
responsible for ensuring they have the legal right and user consent to
collect and send data through our system.
2. Data Collection & Processing
To maintain a high standard of privacy, we follow a "Minimal Retention"
policy:

Pass-Through Processing: Information
submitted through our API (names, phone numbers, message content) is
processed in real-time. We do not store the content of these messages on
our permanent servers.

Billing Metadata: We retain only
non-sensitive metadata (such as the number of successful transmissions
and timestamps) to facilitate monthly billing and usage analytics.

Direct Contact: If you contact us
directly via email or phone, we use that information solely to respond
to your inquiry.
3. Ethical Usage Policy (Prohibited Content)
To maintain the integrity of our brand and adhere to our core values,
Techiiix strictly prohibits the use of our services for any businesses or
content related to the following:

Nudity & Pornography: Any adult
content or sexually explicit material.

Prohibited Entertainment: Content
involving haram music, illicit songs, or gambling.

Interest-Based Finance: We do not
provide services to businesses primarily built on usury (Riba) or
high-interest lending.

Harmful Content: Anything promoting
violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
Enforcement: We reserve the right to
terminate service immediately, without a refund, for any client found
using our API to facilitate the transmission of the prohibited content
listed above.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Our services interact with several third-party platforms:

Meta Platforms: Data sent via
WhatsApp is subject to Meta’s privacy standards and end-to-end
encryption.

Google Workspace: Data sent to Google
Sheets is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
between the client’s website and our processing server. Access to our
centralized system is restricted through secure API keys.
6. User Rights & Opt-Out
In accordance with the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA):

Opt-Out: Any user receiving
notifications via our system can opt-out by replying "STOP" to the
WhatsApp message.
